Sales Administrator Position 1

Job Description

Job Title:

Sales Administrator

Reports to:

Contracts Manager


Staff Responsibilities:

Sales order input from internet based sales

Handling and processing incoming sales calls, sales input and dispatch

Query resolution includes liaising with both customers and carriers within time scales.

Uploading and updating new and existing products to internet shop

Updating account records

Handling overflow calls from other teams as and when required

Other administration duties in support of our customers and contractors

 

Hours of work:

9am – 5pm

Salary Range:

circa £8.00 per hr

Job Description

Staff Responsibilities:

Full query resolution to contracted customers from query logging to resolution includes liaising with both customers and contractors within time scales.

Call handling and customer support,

Sales – managing and selling services to existing customers from incoming calls including logging sales orders

Updating account records including scanning relevant documents

Handling overflow calls from other teams as and when required

Month end invoicing (additional services)

Other administration duties in support of our customers and contractors

 

Hours of work:

9am – 5pm

Salary Range:
